How it works.
- You send the lead — name, contact, what they're looking for, any timing constraints.
- We confirm fit and rate — typical 25%, sometimes 30-35% on commercial transactions over $1M, documented in writing before we make first contact.
- We work the deal — pricing, listing or buy-side representation, tour, negotiation, contract, due diligence, closing.
- You get a status touch monthly, an email when the deal goes pending, a pre-close summary, and a check from the closing agent at funding.
